Q: Where are you located?
A: Our address is 101 N Country Club Road, Lake Mary, Florida 32746 suite 132. We are located inside the Community Market between painting with a twist and the alterations shop.
Q: Do you cater?
A: Yes, we do offer catering for small and large events.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, we offer military discounts to service members. This includes active duty, reserves, national guard, retired. To receive the discount please present an ID or dd214.
Q: How long do macarons last?
A: For best results, our macarons should be refrigerated and consumed within 3-5 days of delivery, or they can be frozen upon arrival for up to 1 month. Our macarons are best served at room temperature. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.
Q: Can I freeze the macarons?
A: Yes, our macarons can be frozen for up to 1 month when kept in an airtight container.
Q: Do you have custom macarons?
A: Yes, we can custom with colors and flavors. We can also add wording like Happy Birthday and such.
Q: DELIVERY, PICK UP, AND NATIONWIDE SHIPPING
A: Our delivery area is up to 10 miles and a $5 fee. Pickup is available at the store location during normal business hours. We offer nationwide shipping.
Q: SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
A: Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday to avoid any delays with the postal services. Our products will be shipped in a vacuumed sealed box with ice packs and bubble wrap to protect the product.
Q: Do you have gluten free options?
A: Most of our macarons contain no gluten however our kitchen has other products that do contain gluten so there could be cross contact.
